Contact ERS for a Benefit Estimate

To obtain a pension estimate, telephone a pension specialist at 414-286-3557 (or toll free at 1-800-815-8418) with a tentative retirement date on which to base the estimate.

You will be asked for your:

• Name  
• Social Security Number  
• MERITS person id, or your old pension number  
• Date of birth  
• Home and work phone numbers and addresses  
• Department  
• Job title  
• Union affiliation  
• Beneficiary’s name and date of birth  

Under normal conditions, you will receive your pension estimate in a few weeks.
